Previous Workshops & Retreats:

                                                NOVEMBER 10th - 13th, 2011                                                                                    3-Day Residential Retreat                                                                                  with Kira MacDuffee, Edward Colley, and Sara Nares

The 3-Day Retreat will encourage participants to look more deeply into their Resistance to growth, to practices that support self-awareness, and ultimately to freedom on many levels.

We will explore the difference between False Guidance and True Guidance, and come to a greater conscious awareness of the voices of our Sociopathic Superego and our Higher Awareness.

Through meditations, inquiry using the psycho-spiritual Enneagram model, dyads, guided exercises, silent time in nature, and gentle body-focused yoga postures we will deepen our relationships to our True Strength, our Compassionate Hearts, and our Expansive Minds.

While you will be encouraged to deeply inquire into your self, you will also have ample time to relax and walk in nature.

Dates: Thursday Evening November 10th until Sunday Afternoon November 13th

Times: We will begin Thursday at 6:00 p.m. with registration followed by a light dinner.
The retreat will close at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Everyone has an inner critic, or superego, that controls every aspect of our lives through a complex system of punishing & rewarding thoughts.  Getting free from these oppressive egoic prisons, our relationships with our minds, is fundamental to moving forward in our personal and spiritual growth.  This series will illuminate this powerful and fascinating daily interplay that creates the limiting prison walls that we accept as our reality.

Alternating Nine Evening Experiential Series

Working from the foundation of the previous week’s Inner Critic work with a specific enneatype, the experiential Personal Process Group gives participants an opportunity to more deeply explore the energy of that type through guided exercises and facilitated group sharing.
